Join me for a day retreat of Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness. Make time for yourself and enjoy the day deepening your yoga practice, learning new & improved techniques, as well as exploring meditation and relaxation with like-minded people.
The day will consist of :
9.30-1pm - Morning yoga practice beginning with deep relaxation followed by an Asana (postures) & Vinyasa (flow) practice.
1pm-2pm - Lunch
2pm-3.30/4pm - Afternoon practice, set at a much slower pace and time for the group to discuss & revisit specific postures
4.00-4.30pm - Meditation and relaxation to end the day.
You will go home feeling refreshed, energised and also relaxed and you’ll take with you new ideas and skills to help you in your practice.
£90 for the day or £80 early bird if you pay in full by 30th August.
