Online class bookings & subscriptions run from month to month and begin at the start of each calendar month. When booking for more than one class e.g. 4-class pack, these are for consecutive classes. 4-class pack subscribers only : If you miss a session you are welcome to make that session up at another class I run within that monthly period.
For those booking drop-in sessions, please book on the day you wish to participate. No transfers, no refunds. Please contact me directly to reserve a space and check fees.
PREPARATION FOR CLASS
Before booking, please contact Tess to check availability as spaces fill up quickly.
Please bring a non-slip yoga mat with you.
Arrive approximately 10 minutes before the session starts to give yourself enough time to settle in and get acquainted.
Let Tess know of any injuries/health conditions you have beforehand so that modifications can be made where necessary.
If you think you are pregnant, let Tess know beforehand.
Bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
Please enter the room quietly, especially if you are late as participants begin with relaxation.
During practice, try to work to a comfortable challenge & try to avoid comparing yourself to others. Yoga is not competitive.
